Alex Goncharov has a wealth of experience in the technology and engineering field. Currently the Vice President and Head of Infrastructure & Operations at Mattel, Inc., Alex has also held leadership positions at AT&T, DIRECTV, Texas Instruments, Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, General Dynamics, and Holmes Hally Industries. With a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and Los Angeles, Alex has successfully managed large teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and played crucial roles in the development and implementation of innovative technologies in various organizations.
