Carina Renault is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives across various prominent organizations. Since June 2021, Carina has served as the Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP and Chief Brand Officer at Mattel, Inc., following previous roles as Senior Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer, and to the Chairman & CEO at the same company. Prior to Mattel, Carina was a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Focus Brands LLC and held the position of Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Park Hotels & Resorts. Carina's career began at Hilton Worldwide, where roles included Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Global Brands, Marketing, and Loyalty.
