Randeep Arora has extensive experience in operations and program management within the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Operations for IT and TCOE at Mattel, Inc. Previous roles include Program Director for Aerospace Applications and IFEC at L&T Thales Technology Services, Associate Program Director of Tech Development for IT Solutions at DIRECTV/AT&T, and various project management positions at Countrywide Home Loans. Randeep began the career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Oakwood and holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Bangalore University.
