Praveen Paliwal

Praveen Paliwal is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and litigation. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Matter since December 2022 and as an Advocate at the High Court of Delhi since July 2018, Praveen has a strong background in drafting legal documents and appearing in various courts and forums. Previous roles include Senior IP Consultant at Arctic Invent and Consultant IP Legal at the Ministry of Home Affairs, where responsibilities involved managing the DBT Intellectual Property Cell and supporting litigation efforts. Praveen's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Legal Executive at CARE PRO BIOSCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED and internships at firms such as ZeusIP Advocates LLP and K&S Partners. Praveen holds a Master of Laws in Business Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law, along with a Bachelor of Engineering. Currently, Praveen is pursuing two PhDs in the Economics of Intellectual Property and Economics at Nirma University.
