Bayo Akins has worked in the technology and business industries since 2014. In 2014, they were a Digital Marketing Executive at Lobster, where they conducted competition analysis, researched and advised for new technologies, and more. From 2015 to 2018, they held roles at MassChallenge, Centre for Entrepreneurs, and Elliptic, respectively. Their roles included Startup Services and Operations, Alumni - Class of 2019, and Senior Account Executive - EMEA. In 2020, they were the CEO & Founder of Creditz Music and an Advisor. In 2022, they worked as a Senior Cloud Sales Associate at Coinbase and a Business Development Manager - Infrastructure Lead at Matter Labs.

Bayo Akins has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with Entrepreneurship from the University of Surrey. Bayo also has obtained three certifications from the Sales Impact Academy in March 2022: Go to Market Fundementals, LinkedIn Social Selling Masterclass, and Managing the Complete Sales Cycle.
