John Misner

John Misner is an experienced professional in quality management and operations, currently serving as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Matthews International since August 2021. In this role, John oversees quality and process engineering personnel, focusing on employee engagement, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives through lean concepts. Prior to Matthews International, John held various leadership positions at Perform Group, LLC® from June 1997 to October 2020, including Vice President Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Director of Special Projects, where responsibilities ranged from global sourcing and manufacturing to leading strategic initiatives. John's educational background includes a BA in Labor Studies with a Management Option from Penn State University and a Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager designation from APICS.
