Devon Dykstra is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the capital markets sector. Currently serving as Associate Market Leader and Director of Retail for the Western US at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ since October 2020, Devon previously held the position of Capital Markets Associate at JLL, where 31 complex debt and equity transactions exceeding $1 billion were closed. Devon's career also includes roles as a Capital Markets Analyst and Analyst focused on debt and equity placement at HFF, and as an Associate at Matthews Retail Advisors, representing clients in shopping center acquisitions and dispositions. Early career experience includes marketing coordination and internships in acquisitions. Devon Dykstra earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA in 2012.
