Meredith Humphrey

Meredith Humphrey has extensive work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Meredith has served as the Regional Director of Operations at Encore Management & Development since October 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at HarborChase from November 2015 to October 2016. From April 2013 to November 2015, they held the position of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Matthews Senior Living. Before that, they worked as an Executive Senior Lifestyle Consultant at Hickory Park Independent and Assisted Living from August 2009 to April 2013. Additionally, they have experience as an Account Manager at Allay Home and Hospice Inc. from March 2009 to June 2009. Earlier in their career, they held roles including Director of Marketing and Admissions at Waukesha Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center from July 2001 to February 2009, Director of Marketing at Havenwood Nursing & Rehab Center from December 2000 to June 2001, and Social Worker at Bradley Health & Rehabilitation Center from January 1999 to December 2000.

Meredith Humphrey attended Port Washington High School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their high school diploma. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1994 to 1998. During their time at the university, Meredith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services.
