Regina Rear-Connor

Regina is a collaborative talent acquisition leader with proven expertise in building technical and business teams, employment brands, and best-practice processes all while being a trusted business partner. Regina's expertise in tech recruiting began at TriZetto and carried on to her years at Vitals, now Sapphire-Digital. Regina served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and optimized their ability to attract and retain top talent while building a high-performance culture.

Regina partnered with MATTIO Communications in 2018. Since then, she has been responsible for finding most of MATTIO’s stellar talent. She cares deeply about not only finding the right talent and culture fit for the team but also ensuring a positive experience for each and every candidate.

During her time off from the talent search, Regina can be found trying new recipes, tending to her garden, or traveling to her next exciting destination. She holds a BA from the New School University in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in Psychology.
