Raila Bawani

Raila Bawani is an accomplished professional in human resources and recruitment with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Talent and Resource Partner at Mattioli Woods plc since November 2019, Raila has progressed through development and coordination positions within the company. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Associate Recruitment Consultant at Hays from April 2017 to May 2019, as well as experience in marketing management at Diamond Boutique and customer service at Poundstretcher Ltd. Raila's educational credentials include a Postgraduate Masters in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management (Hons), both obtained from De Montfort University, along with A Level qualifications from Wyggeston Queen Elizabeth College.
