Jayna Jefferson

Jayna Jefferson, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Mattr, overseeing US and Canada HR operations, Jayna previously held multiple managerial roles at Shawcor, including oversight of HR for Composite Systems and the Western Hemisphere North for Pipeline Performance. Earlier career experience includes positions as HR Advisor at Afren, Administrative Manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center, and HR Administrator at DEEPSEA ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT. Jayna's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Texas Woman's University, a BA in Mass Communications/Business from Prairie View A&M University, and completion of the Executive Leadership Program from the Energy Workforce & Technology Council.
