Lisa Goulden

Lisa Goulden is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Mattr since January 2015, Lisa has held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Shared Services and Manager of Human Resources Special Projects. Prior to joining Mattr, Lisa was the Human Resources Lead at McCoy Corporation from November 2012 to January 2015 and held multiple positions there since 2006. Lisa’s experience includes roles as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Administrator. Lisa began the career at IMAC Design Group Ltd. as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. Lisa holds a PCP designation from the Canadian Payroll Association.
