Vic Ollada

Vic Ollada, ASQ CSSBB, PMP, serves as the Senior Operations Manager at Mattr since June 2023, overseeing the design and execution of the nuclear cable manufacturing process for the nuclear and space industries. Prior to this, Vic held various managerial roles at Shawcor from 2012 to 2023, including Quality, EHS, and CI Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the management and improvement of HSE MS and QMS compliant with multiple standards. Vic also played a key role in deploying an organizational-wide business improvement program and achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Previous experience includes positions at Victaulic and CTS Corporation, focusing on lean methodologies and continuous improvement. Vic's educational background includes an MBA Essentials for Managers from the University of Toronto and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
