Missy Friel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational program development and training management at Mattress Firm since May 2009. Serving as Director of Retail Learning Programs, Missy leads a team dedicated to creating comprehensive curricula and maintaining learning paths for associates across the nation, ensuring that over 6,000 sales professionals receive more than 200 hours of training annually. Missy's strategic leadership has resulted in the successful launch of flagship summer education programs and innovative training initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning engagement and performance. Previously, Missy held roles such as Senior Manager and Manager in Education Design, where significant contributions included the certification of Sleep Experts in collaboration with sleep scientists and the transition of education programs to new learning management systems.
