Randy Carlin

Randy Carlin has extensive experience in real estate and development. Randy started their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at U-Haul International, Inc. in 1987, eventually becoming the Vice President of Development & Construction. In 2003, they joined PetSmart as the Vice President of New Store Development & Construction, holding the position for 12 years. In 2015, Carlin moved to QuickChek Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development. Currently, they are the Chief Real Estate Officer at Mattress Firm, a position they have held since October 2017.

Randy Carlin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ottawa University, completing their studies between 1998 and 2001.
