Gayle Mattson

Gayle Mattson is the current Principal at Mattson and Company. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies, including EVP and Director at DHR International, Managing Partner at Korn/Ferry International, and Principal at Heidrick & Struggles.

Gayle has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, particularly within the consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Gayle is also an expert on governance, particularly the British Model of Governance.

Gayle has been instrumental in developing the North American Board Practice and has conducted searches for cross-border recruitment as well as financial experts for boards. Gayle is a key member of the CEO practice and has conducted searches for CFOs and their direct reports.

Gayle Mattson has a MA in Organizational Behavior and Change from the University of Michigan. Gayle also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Valparaiso University.
