Drew McLaughlin

Drew McLaughlin has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategy. Drew has held senior roles in various companies such as Mattson Technology, Broadcom, VMware, Cisco Systems, ServiceMaster, Charter Communications, NetIQ Corporation, and Covad Communications. In these positions, they have led teams and supported multiple global business units with significant workforces and revenues. Drew has been responsible for various HR functions, including HR business partnering, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR information systems, talent acquisition, payroll, immigration, compliance, and more.
