Kalman Pelhos

Kalman Pelhos is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor technology. Currently serving as DMTS at Mattson Technology since January 2024, Kalman previously held multiple roles at Intel Corporation, including Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Staff Engineer, focusing on productivity engineering for HAR dielectric etch in 3D NAND applications, with an emphasis on yield improvement and cost reduction. Prior experience includes positions as Staff Process Engineer at Lam Research and various roles at Seagate Technology, culminating in expertise as Senior Research Manager and Senior Staff Engineer. Kalman began the professional career at Bell Laboratories as MTS. Kalman earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Rutgers University between 1993 and 1999.
