Gowrisankar Damarla

Gowrisankar Damarla has extensive experience in process development and engineering in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as DMTS/Senior Director of Process R&D at Texas Instruments since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Technology Development at Texas Instruments and Director of Process Development at Micron Technology. At Micron, Gowrisankar also held positions as Senior Manager in PVD, Implant, and RTP within the Advanced Development Team, as well as Senior Manager for CMP Process Engineering. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at IM Flash and multiple positions at Micron Technology ranging from CMP Shift Engineer to Senior Manager of CMP Process Development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
