Paul Rutasikwa

Paul Rutasikwa has been working in the engineering industry since 2001. Paul began their career as a Civil Engineer at Mouchel, where they worked on the Highways Agency Area 15 Term Maintenance Contract in the Greater Manchester Area. Paul then moved on to become a Senior Civil Engineer at Mouchel Rail Ltd., providing technical leadership and management as well as Project Management of design teams delivering to a high standard on a number of projects. In 2012, they became a Senior Bridge Engineer at Halcrow, followed by a Senior Engineer position at AONE+. Paul then held a Project Engineer role at Network Rail, before taking on the role of Civil Engineer at Transport for London in 2016. In 2013, they became a Director at Platform 4c Ltd., followed by a Director position at Matugga Beverages in 2015. Paul is currently the Head Distiller at Matugga Distillers, a role they have held since 2018.

Paul Rutasikwa attended the University of Leeds from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering. Paul then attended Heriot-Watt University from 2017 to 2018, and obtained a Diploma in Post Graduate studies.
