Randy R. has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing, currently serving as VP of Operations at Maui and Sons since December 2017, and as President/Director of Manufacturing at Madfast Manufacturing LLC since February 2010. Randy previously held the VP Operations & Hardgoods position at Maui and Sons from August 2010 to January 2012, where responsibilities included the design, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and sales management of the hard goods product line, along with developing in-house fulfillment and ERP systems. As CEO of Chombo Wetsuits LLC in Thailand from May 2008 to November 2009, Randy oversaw the production of watersports apparel. Earlier in the career, Randy excelled as Vice President of Manufacturing at O'Neill from July 2001 to May 2008, focusing on management team development, worldwide manufacturing, and quality control.
