Partner In Charge at Mauldin & Jenkins

Wade Sansbury, CPA, has been a partner of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC since 2005. Effective November 1, 2014, he was named the Partner In Charge of the Bradenton Office and now also oversees the Sarasota office operations. Wade received his BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University in 1995. After spending over 18 years in the Firm’s Macon office, Wade transferred to the Firm’s Bradenton, Florida office in 2013. He and his wife, Kristie, currently reside in the Bradenton / Sarasota area with their two boys, Thomas and Ryan. Since joining Mauldin & Jenkins in 1996, Wade has gained substantial experience serving clients in the state and local governmental sector, and currently spends 100% of his time serving governments. Services to governmental units includes: financial and compliance audits; federal and state single audits; agreed-upon procedures; compilations and reviews; general obligation and revenue bond comfort and consent procedures; performance audits; and general consulting services. His experience includes serving cities, counties, authorities, certain state agencies, and employee retirement plans across the southeast. Wade is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Government Finance Officers Association, the Florida Government Finance Officers Association, and is the governmental practice leader in Florida. Wade is licensed to practice in the States of Florida and Georgia and is also a member of the Firm’s seven member Executive Committee.
