Mike Scarpa

Mike Scarpa, Social Impact Manager, supports the clients in implementing and optimizing True Impact's measurement solutions. Mike has over a decade of experience in professional learning evaluation, people/process/change management, and SaaS customer success for Fortune 100 and Federal clients. Prior to joining True Impact, Mike earned a Ph.D. in Community Well-Being from the University of Miami, where he produced a series of publications on factors related to wellness, fairness, and mattering in communities and organizations. He also holds a BA in philosophy from the University of Maryland.
