Charles Meyer

Charles Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles started their career in 2012 as an IS Analyst at RBS Citizens Group, where they refined the IS Application review process and monitored potential security threats. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Systems Support Specialist Contractor at Daley and Associates and Eagle Investment Systems, championing software systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.

In 2014, Charles joined Axeda Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, effectively managing Level 1 and Level 2 support requests. Charles then moved to PTC and held a similar role, providing technical support and managing client accounts until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Charles worked as a Solutions Engineer at Cognius, focusing on process improvement and quality assurance tasks. Charles then joined ReadSpeaker as a Technical Support Engineer, strategically leading customer requests and selecting appropriate products.

In 2021, Charles became a Technical Consultant at Kalypso: A Rockwell Automation Company, advising clients on technology choices and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical parties. Charles later worked at Digital Lumens as a Technical Support Engineer, providing customer support for an IoT Lighting System.

Charles's most recent work experience is as a Field Operations Supervisor at Mauna Kea Technologies, starting in 2023.

Charles Meyer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended The Peddie School from 2004 to 2005 for high school post-graduate studies. Additionally, they have certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, obtained in December 2017, and Professional Scrum Master 1 from the same institution.
