Toriq Abdat

Toriq Abdat has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Toriq started their career at ARCO Indonesia as a Reservoir Engineer from 1998 to 1999. Toriq then joined BP as a Sr Reservoir Engineer, where they worked from 2002 to 2009. After that, they joined Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ Ltd, where they held roles as Subsurface Technical Advisor from 2009 to 2010 and as Reservoir Management Manager from 2011 to 2013. Toriq then moved to Pertamina Internasional EP, where they worked as Subsurface Manager in Algeria from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Advisor for The VP of Exploration and Development at Pertamina Internasional EP. Currently, they are serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Maurel & Prom since 2019. Throughout their career, Toriq has demonstrated expertise in managing subsurface teams, developing reservoir management plans, and overseeing all subsurface activities.

Toriq Abdat completed their Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta between 1991 and 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they finished between 2000 and 2001.
