Michele Sterkenburg

Michele Sterkenburg has over three decades of experience in marketing and brand management. Michele'smost recent role is as the Head of Brand and 'Go to Market' at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Manager for the Personal Care category at Spectrum Brands, Inc from January 2019 to May 2021. Michele also has experience in independent consulting, where they provided strategic marketing and brand insights to small-medium businesses from July 2014 to January 2019. Michele has held various marketing management roles at Davies Bakery, SEEK, Campbell Arnotts, National Foods, and Mars Confectionery. Throughout their career, Michele has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in driving brand growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and achieving business objectives.

Michele Sterkenburg attended Ballarat and Clarendon College from 1980 to 1985 where they obtained a Higher School Certificate. From 1989 to 1992, they pursued a Bachelor of Business (marketing) degree at Monash University.
