Simone Hartley-Keane

Simone Hartley-Keane has extensive work experience in various high-level human resources roles. Simone is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers since June 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director Human Resources at Carbon Revolution from 2018 to 2019. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Human Resources Director at Pacific National. Simone also worked at GE Capital from 2002 to 2012, holding several positions including Vice President Human Resources, Organisation, Talent & Culture Director, and HR Director. Simone began their career as the Group General Manager - Human Resources at Country Road Group from 1999 to 2002.

Simone Hartley-Keane has studied Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching at the University of Melbourne. Simone has also completed a Masters degree in Business at RMIT University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & HR Management at the same institution, specializing in Employment Law and Organization Design.
