David Kornberg

David Kornberg is the current President & CEO at maurices. Prior to their current position, David was the Chief Executive Officer at EXPRESS from January 1999 to December 2002. In this role, David was responsible for the merchandise management for the Express Men's Denim, Casual Pants, Shorts and Outerwear departments. From August 2003 to January 2019, David served as the Chief Executive Officer at EXPRESS. During their time with the company, David was responsible for Business Development and helped grow the company significantly. Prior to their work with EXPRESS, David was a Senior Team Leader at Marks and Spencer from January 1989 to December 1999.

David Kornberg's educational career began at St Paul's School. David then went on to study economics, management, and textiles at The University of Manchester, where they graduated with honors. Afterward, they completed an intensive course in global leadership and management at the Marks and Spencer Management Training Program.
