Carolina Merlin

Carolina Merlin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and law. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at Mauve Group since April 2022, Carolina has also held the position of Legal Specialist. Previous roles include Legal Director at Iuris FDUP Junior and internships at AdC Law Firm and Gralha Real Estate. Notable contributions include assisting at the VIIth Colloquium of the International Association of the Law of the Sea. Carolina's foundational experience includes serving as a Notary Public Assistant and co-founding 3P Fitness. Education encompasses a Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto and ongoing studies in law from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, along with an MBA Essentials Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
