Olivier le Floc'H

Olivier Le Floc'h has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Olivier currently holds the position of Managing Director at Mauvilac, where they have been since 2023. In the same year, they also became a French Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Foreign Trade Advisors.

Prior to these roles, Olivier held various positions at Legrand from 2006 to 2023. Olivier started as the CFO of the Cable Management Division, overseeing sales and employees across multiple sites. Olivier then went on to become the Performance Director for Australia and New Zealand, followed by the Chief Operating Officer of Indoasian, and later the M&A Director for India. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the CEO for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Yemen. Finally, they held the role of Group VP for Carbon Neutrality from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Legrand, Olivier worked at Faurecia from 2002 to 2006, where they served as Country CFO and Factory Finance Manager. Prior to that, they were at Smurfit Kappa from 1998 to 2002, working as the Finance Manager and Division Controller for the Specialities Division. Olivier started their career as a Senior Auditor at PwC from 1994 to 1998.

Olivier Le Floc'h obtained their Bachelor's degree in Major Finance Audit from TBS Education, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In 1995, they completed the DESCF program, which is the equivalent of being a Chartered Accountant. Later on, in 2001, they attended ESCP Business School and undertook the Legrand International Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management. In 2007, Olivier enrolled in the Thunderbird School of Global Management for the same program. More recently, they pursued a Master Class in Direction Développement Durable, RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) at EcoLearn, from 2022 to 2023.
