Giancarlo Gavidia

Giancarlo Gavidia, CSM has been working in various roles throughout their career. Giancarlo started in 2017 as a Customer Service Specialist at Coast Truck Rental, where they provided customer service support. In 2019, they joined Cprime, Inc as a Customer Success Associate, where they were involved in Agile/Scrum transformation services and DevOps solutions. Giancarlo later moved on to become a Customer Success Specialist and then a Marketing Data Specialist at the same company. Currently, Giancarlo is working at Maven Clinic as a Client Success Senior Associate, starting in 2023.

Giancarlo Gavidia, CSM completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In May 2019, they earned the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance. Giancarlo later received certifications in Marketing Foundations: Targeting, Content Marketing: Social Media, and Understanding Business from LinkedIn in August and December 2019. In May 2020, Giancarlo completed the Learning Jira Software certification from LinkedIn. More recently, in January 2022, they obtained certifications in SEO Essentials from Moz and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
