Hannah Reischl

Hannah Reischl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hannah is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Quality at Maven Clinic, where they are leading the clinical quality function to drive positive health outcomes for birthing parents and support families. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct in the Department of Health Policy and Management at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.

Hannah also gained experience at Michigan Medicine, where they worked as a Senior Advisor to the Chief Quality Officer and Quality Department. At Kaiser Permanente, Hannah held multiple roles, including Senior Business Process Consultant in the Office of Transformation and Medi-Cal Strategy and Implementation Consultant. In these roles, they led projects, developed strategic frameworks, conducted data analysis, and operationalized regulatory requirements.

Hannah's previous experience includes working at the National Council for Jewish Women Los Angeles as a Program Manager for Community Mental Health and Supportive Services. Hannah also served as a Community Health Programs Consultant at UCLA Health and as a Quality Improvement Project Manager at Cherry Health.

Additionally, Hannah has a Beeler Foundation Fellowship experience at Fundación Deserollo Integral para el Futuro, where they conducted qualitative studies, developed peer mentor networks, and presented research findings.

Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated expertise in clinical quality, healthcare transformation, strategic planning, project management, data analysis, and program development. Hannah'sexperience spans both the public and private sectors, emphasizing their commitment to improving health outcomes and supporting communities.

Hannah Reischl has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Kalamazoo College. Additionally, Hannah was a Guest Student at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where they studied Economics, International Development, and Spanish. Hannah also received certifications in "Facilitating Effective Quality Improvement" from GE Developing Health Foundation in February 2014 and in "PDSA Quality Improvement Facilitator Certification" from the Michigan Department of Community Health in August 2013.
