Heather Steffens

Heather Steffens is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Pediatric Feeding Specialist at Bonne Nuit Baby since February 2020, where expertise lies in assisting exhausted parents by developing sleep and feeding plans tailored to their families. Additionally, Heather serves as a Pediatric Sleep Coach at Maven Clinic starting January 2023, and previously worked as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant at SleepShop Consulting from February 2017 to February 2021. Educational qualifications include a Lactation Education Counselor degree obtained from UC San Diego in 2020, a Master's degree from the University of San Diego earned between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westmont College, completed in 1997.
