Project Lead, Clinical Operations at Maven Clinic

Kaeleigh Terrill has a diverse background with experience in various fields. Kaeleigh has worked at Maven Clinic since 2019, initially as a Healthcare Advocate focused on coordinating healthcare and education to support better birth outcomes. Kaeleigh then advanced to the role of Care Specialist, where they built care programs to directly impact fertility and birth outcomes. In their most recent position as Project Lead, Clinical Operations, they managed and developed care programs to improve fertility, birth outcomes, and access to pregnancy options. Kaeleigh also spearheaded an alternative conception program using Fertility Awareness Educators, resulting in Maven becoming a market-leader in this space. Additionally, they developed training programs and quality improvement projects based on collected data.

Prior to Maven Clinic, Kaeleigh worked at Generative Bodies as a Fertility Awareness Educator and Sexual Health Educator & Full Spectrum Doula. In these roles, they taught individuals about non-hormonal birth control, body literacy, and conception, and provided comprehensive sexual health education and support for reproductive choices.

Kaeleigh also has experience as a Full-Spectrum Doula at Wild Womb Birth Services, where they supported individuals and families through all aspects of their reproductive choices. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Herbalist at Flower Power, focusing on women's reproductive health.

Kaeleigh has been involved in various other roles, including as a Director of Content Development for the NYC Midwives Content Committee, an Urban Farmer at Brooklyn Grange, an Urban Farming Research Consultant at East Side Community High School, a Farm Manager at High Horse Brewing, and a Permaculture Gardener as a self-employed individual. Kaeleigh has also worked as an Education Employment Counselor at Bay Cove Human Services, providing case management and support for developmentally disabled clients.

Kaeleigh Terrill has a diverse education history. Kaeleigh started their education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2009, although no degree was obtained at this time. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Humanities and Fine Arts in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2010 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Kaeleigh attended The Well in 2020 and 2021, where they obtained a degree in Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health, specifically as a Fertility Awareness Educator (FAE).

In addition to their formal education, Kaeleigh also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a certified Doula through Warm Welcome Birth Services. Later, in 2017, they obtained certification as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Kaeleigh further expanded their expertise in Fertility Awareness by becoming a certified Fertility Awareness Educator through the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals in December 2021.
