Kathleen Davin

Kathleen Davin has extensive work experience in people operations and management. Kathleen most recently worked at Maven Clinic, where they held the position of Director of People Operations. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of People Operations at the same company. Before joining Maven Clinic, Kathleen worked at Harry's, Inc. as a People Operations Manager and Senior Associate in the same field. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Union Square Hospitality Group, including Senior Benefits Manager, People Operations Manager, and Service Manager.

Kathleen Davin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. Kathleen also completed the Hotel Leadership Development Program at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. In addition to their education, Kathleen obtained a certification as a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2020.
