Smriti Karwa Mph

Smriti Karwa, MPH has a diverse work experience in the field of public health. Smriti currently works as a Clinical Research Analyst at Maven Clinic. Previously, they served as an Epidemiologic Research Analyst at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) from September 2020 to April 2023.

Prior to that, Smriti was a Student Leader at the Coronavirus Student Services Corps from March to September 2020. Smriti also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health - Department of Epidemiology from September 2019 to September 2020.

In addition, Smriti worked as a Practicum Student at Averting Maternal Death and Disability for two months in 2019. Smriti also has experience as a Research Interviewer at RiverSpring Living, where they conducted structured interviews and administered screenings and assessments.

Moreover, Smriti worked as a Teaching Assistant for StarTalk, where they taught Hindi literacy and provided individualized instruction to students from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Center For Extended Care Amherst from October 2016 to October 2017.

Smriti Karwa, MPH completed their Master's in Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology and Chronic Disease at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Pre-Med at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2014 to 2018.
