Hank Yates

Hank Yates is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at The Arena Group since March 2020, Hank previously held positions including Lead Software Engineer at rasa.io and Front End Architect at iSeatz, where significant achievements included launching a $4.2 million project to redesign a hotel booking path. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Development Engineer at Scout Media, as well as adjunct instructor and Javascript instructor at Seattle University and Code Fellows, respectively. Early career contributions involved web development at Daptiv and C4 Tech and Design, and web administration for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
