Jason Meshnick

Jason Meshnick, CMT has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jason is currently the Senior Director of Product Management for TheStreet at The Arena Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Co Chair of the Denver Chapter at Market Technicians Association, Inc. starting from 2010. In 2020, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.

Jason has also had notable positions at S&P Global, where they were the Director of Financial Content Product Management from March 2022 to September 2022, and at IHS Markit, where they worked as a Director from April 2016 to March 2022. Jason had a long-term tenure at Markit, starting as a Director in April 2003 and continuing until March 2016.

In addition to their professional roles, Jason has served on the Investment Committee at Foothills United Way from 2005 to 2015. Jason also held the position of Vice President at Markit: Markit On Demand from January 2006 to January 2012. Prior to that, they worked as AVP-Corporate Treasury at OppenheimerFunds for a brief period from May 2005 to December 2005. Jason began their career as a Principal Trader/Market Maker at Pershing Trading Company (now a Division of Bank of NY) from June 1997 to June 2002.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in product management, quantitative research tools, natural language generation, education, and investor personas. Jason has also authored a book and created a multi-video series on investment analysis.

Jason Meshnick, CMT holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Jason also obtained a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Union College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, Jason holds the certification of Chartered Market Technician from the Market Technicians Association, Inc.
