Nagaraju Segu

Nagaraju Segu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical QA Lead at Mavenir since January 2015, Nagaraju specializes in 5G IVR-based Voice Mail solutions for DISH Operator on AWS-EKS Cloud and collaborates with Tier 1 customers globally on Mavenir's dVNF, iVNF, and cVNF solutions. Prior to this role, Nagaraju held various positions at Huawei Technologies India from May 2010 to December 2014, including Senior Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included deploying telecom software products across Europe and acting as a single point of contact between customers and R&D centers. Nagaraju also contributed to the development of advanced IVR architecture and caller ring back tone solutions. Nagaraju holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
