Tanya Adlakha

Tanya Adlakha currently serves as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Mavenir since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya worked at Hughes Systique Corporation from November 2018 to September 2024 as a Principal Software Engineer, contributing to the design and implementation of various NR5G features and engaging in Agile methodologies. Tanya's previous experience includes positions as a DSP Firmware Engineer at AZCOM INFOSOLUTIONS, where key contributions involved projects related to NBIOT for Samsung and carrier aggregation, as well as automation for continuous testing. Tanya began their professional journey with internships at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. and the Center for Development of Telematics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, alongside a high school diploma from Geeta Bal Bharti Sr. Sec. School.
