Bhavaharini Balakrishnan (She/her)

Bhavaharini Balakrishnan has worked in various roles in the field of psychology since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Research Intern at Ebenezer Chess Centre, where they assisted in a Research and Development project and scored and interpreted IQ assessments for a DST project. In 2019, they worked as an Intern at Manas Consultancy and as a SEL Facilitator at THRIVE Foundation. In 2021, they worked as a Field Worker at BYL Nair Hospital Mumbai, an Intern at Chariot, and an Intern at Psychoflakes, where they completed 60 hours of Clinical Psychology Training and Internship. In 2022, they are currently working as an Associate Research Strategist at MavenMagnet, a Counseling Psychologist and Clinical Intern at Lissun, and a SEL Facilitator and Intern at Thrive Foundation.

Bhavaharini Balakrishnan has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Career For Women, which they obtained in 2020. Bhavaharini also has a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology (Specialization in Clinical and Counseling Practice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, which they are currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they have obtained a Specific Learning Disability certification from Madras Dyslexia Association in 2020, and a Business English Certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
