Krishnakumar Ramachandran

Krishnakumar Ramachandran is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Maveric Systems Limited since May 2005, Krishnakumar focuses on culture building, leadership development, associate experience, IT enablement, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and HR analytics. Previous roles at Maveric include Vice President for the QE Business, Associate Vice President for various HR functions, and Senior Manager of HR Operations. Prior experience includes roles at HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank in asset operations, as well as centralized operations at GE Capital. Krishnakumar holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership.
