Sriram Subramanian

Sriram Subramanian has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Sriram started their career at Scope International PTE Ltd as a Senior Processing Officer in Account Services from 2003 to 2006. Sriram then joined TCS e-Serve International Ltd as a Senior Associate from 2006 to 2008, and later became a Team Leader responsible for the payments and investigations team for CitiBank Consumer Operations in UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Sriram joined Maveric Systems Limited, where they progressed through various roles. Sriram started as a Test Lead and Associate Test Lead, serving as the regional SME for treasury and wealth management products for Citibank's Rainbow implementation. Sriram successfully managed the testing vendor and business teams and ensured the timely and successful delivery of the project. Sriram held this position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Sriram served as an Associate Test Manager at Maveric Systems Limited. Sriram managed projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods, provided strategic and technical consultation to stakeholders, and created skill improvement plans for project teams through training and competency development.

In 2016, Sriram was promoted to Test Manager, where they were accountable for onsite and offshore delivery, project planning, estimation, transition, resources/capacity planning, and quality and risk management. Sriram also implemented program governance and an effective test organization structure.

In 2017, Sriram was promoted again to the role of Senior Manager, where they took complete ownership of RFPs for key and regional accounts, including client engagement, technical and commercial proposal submission, and proposal defense. Sriram was also responsible for all functional and non-functional test services for the cluster.

Finally, in 2020, Sriram assumed the role of Associate Vice President at Maveric Systems Limited. In this position, they managed programs for key and regional accounts in the Middle East, created delivery impact for large-scale transformation projects, established a centralized Testing Center of Excellence, and advised customers on best-fit solutions.

Overall, Sriram Subramanian has a diverse range of experiences in IT, with a focus on delivery management, client engagement, test management, and leadership roles.

Sriram Subramanian completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Mahalashmi College Of Arts And Science from 1999 to 2002. Sriram also holds additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma.
