Sruthy Pillai started their career in 2015 at Infosys, where they held various roles over the years, including Operations Executive, Senior Operations Executive, System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and Technology Analyst. In 2022, they joined Maveric Systems Limited as a Principal Software Engineer.

Sruthy Pillai completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the same university from 2016 to 2018.
