Mickey Dalton

Mickey Dalton has worked as the Director - Operations and Engineering at Maverick Molding Company since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Meggitt from July 2013 to October 2019. From August 2009 to July 2013, Mickey worked as an Engineering Manager at Parkway Products.

Mickey Dalton's education history begins with an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Plastics, which they obtained from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2001 to 2003. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Thomas More University, completing it from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Mickey obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from GE AVIATION SIX SIGMA. They also acquired a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Thomas More University, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.

In 2018, Mickey attended a Leading a Lean Culture Master Class at Manufactering Leaders, focused on Lean methodology.

Additionally, Mickey obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE Aviation in September 2005.
