Crystal Kim

Crystal Kim is a seasoned professional in the payments industry with extensive experience in operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Manager of Specialized Operations at Maverick Payments since August 2025, Crystal previously held multiple roles at Signature Payments from July 2012 to August 2025, including Quality Assurance Manager, Underwriting Supervisor, and Underwriter. Earlier experience at I&I Sports from June 2007 to July 2012 included positions as a Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, and Warehouse Assistant. Crystal holds an Associate of Science degree from El Camino College.
