Ruth King

Ruth King is a Programme Director at Open Research Central since April 2022, where Ruth re-imagines research dissemination to enhance trust, collaboration, and transparency. Prior to this, Ruth held roles at Maverick Publishing Specialists and worked as a Consultant in Publishing and Social Business. Ruth's extensive experience includes positions at BMC where Ruth served as Editorial Director, Publisher, and Journal Publisher in the Health Sciences field. Ruth also has experience at Elsevier and has worked their way up from an Editorial Assistant to an Editorial Manager at BMC. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
