Melissa Ader has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melissa began their career as a Reporter at Miami Herald Media Company in 2005. Melissa then worked as an Advertising and Public Relations Intern at Beber Silverstein Group in 2007. Melissa later joined Media Relations Group, where they served as an Assistant Public Information Officer before being promoted to Lead Public Information Officer and Marketing Coordinator. In 2011, they joined Whole Foods Market as a Marketing Team Leader, a role they held for three years. Melissa then transitioned to KIND, where they worked as a Field Marketing Manager for Miami from 2014 to 2018. Melissa was then promoted to Senior Field Marketing Manager for Florida and held this position until 2020. Melissa's most recent role was with The Coca-Cola Company, where they served as a Regional Marketing Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Brand Activation Manager at Mavericks Snacks.
Melissa Ader completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, where they studied between 2004 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
