Carol Schafer has a strong professional background with extensive experience in marketing and sales roles. Carol is currently working as a Global Sr. Marketing Manager in Lifecycle Services at Rockwell Automation, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple senior managerial positions at MAVERICK Technologies, starting in October 2016. These roles included Senior Manager of Marketing and Inside Sales, as well as Senior Manager of Inside Sales and Lead Generation. Before joining MAVERICK Technologies, Carol worked at the International Society of Automation - ISA for twenty years, starting in August 1996. During their time there, they served as a Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Media Consultant until July 2016.
Carol Schafer completed an MBA in Business at San Jose State University from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Sacramento, where they studied from 1971 to 1976. In terms of professional development, Carol completed various training programs and workshops, including The Oz Principle: Accountability Training at Partners In Leadership in 2011, Solution Selling 4 Day Workshop at Sales Performance International in 2008, and Effective Negotiating at Karrass USA in 2006. Additionally, they obtained certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in April 2017.
