Reagan Gilker's work experience is as follows:

- Engineer II at MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company since August 2022.

- Engineer I at MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company from July 2020 to July 2022.

- Process Automation Intern at MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company from May 2019 to August 2019. In this role, Reagan was trained on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) function, operation, programming, and problem-solving using Ladder Logic with RSLogix Designer. Reagan also created working, interactive graphics for the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for a client project using FactoryTalk Studio and fixed errors in program coding after the migration from RSLogix 5 to Studio 5000 for a client project.

- Research and Development Intern at Now Diagnostics | NowDx from August 2018 to January 2019. Reagan developed a procedure to test alternative nitrocellulose and fiberglass membranes for use in the ADEXUS Dx hCG tests. Reagan manufactured over 300 individual tests with the Biodot Laminator to determine the accuracy of the membranes for hCG levels of 0 mIU/mL, 5mIU/mL, 10mIU/mL, and 20mIU/mL. Reagan also analyzed data from over 300 tests to make recommendations for future experiments, considering sources of error.

- Environmental Engineering Intern at Freeport-McMoRan from June 2018 to August 2018. Reagan developed two separate procedures for restoring desert land and reestablishing native plant species. Reagan retrieved data and organized information from over 200 wells into an organized and coherent database. Reagan also assisted in monthly and quarterly well sampling and water testing.

- Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Arkansas from May 2017 to December 2017. Reagan collaborated with other undergraduates to research and develop a system to recycle phosphorus and nitrogen while simultaneously producing energy using a magnesium electrode. Reagan tested magnesium electrodes under various conditions to determine the best conditions for application.

- Barista at Sweet Bay Coffee Co from March 2014 to June 2016.

Reagan Gilker pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, from 2016 to 2020. In October 2022, Reagan achieved the Ignition Core 8.1 Certification from Inductive Automation.
